Refund policy
We hope you love your DAZE&co pieces. However, if for any reason something isn’t quite right, you may return your order under the following conditions:
1. Your Right To Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To initiate a return, please notify us within this 14-day period.
Once your return is approved, you then have a further 14 days to send your order back to us.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
❤︎ Unworn and unwashed
❤︎ Free from makeup, stains, deodorant or perfume marks, animal hairs or any other signs of wear
❤︎ In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How To Return
To start a return, please contact us using the button below.
When reaching out, include your order number and the reason for the return so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
❤︎ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
❤︎ We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive your return. Items that do not meet our return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original standard shipping costs will be refunded for full order returns (in line with UK regulations).
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return your original order and place a new one in your preferred size/colour.
6. Faulty Or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
